PREZZO DEI BIGLIETTI DEI CONCERTI / CONCERT TICKETS PRICE

Oggi leggo sempre piu' spesso di gente che si lamenta dei prezzi esagerati dei biglietti dei concerti metal.

Giusto per fare un esempio, ultimamente leggevo su internet di gente incazzata nera per i prezzi del prox concerto degli Iron Maiden in Italia. Ma questo è giusto un esempio.

La mia opinione a riguardo è che è giustissimo che i prezzi dei biglietti siano molto alti. 100 euro per un biglietto "semplice" (no Vip o cose del genere), mi pare giustissimo, dato che ormai le band non fanno piu' soldi dalle vendite di dischi, e devono comunque mantenere un bilancio a fine anno della loro azienda.

E sono proprio le band piu' famose e "ricche", che devono tener testa a un fatturato annuo, e non posso permettersi, come ogni azienda, di andare sotto il budget stabilito. La band minori possono rosicare sui prezzi dei biglietti, perchè magari non lo fanno neanche di lavoro e se son fortunate, gli basta andare in pari, perchè poi il lunario lo sbarcano in altro modo (collegato alla musica o no).

Quindi se i Maiden (o chi per loro), prevedono che se si vuole continuare a fatturare tot milioni all'anno, si deve rincarare i biglietti dei concerti, è giusto che sia cosi! Lo so che vendono molto merchandise, ma quella grande fetta di fatturato fatto dalla vendita dei dischi, la devono cmq riprendere da qualche parte.

D'altronde non e' sufficiente che i die hard fans comprino i cd o vinili. Sento diversa gente dire "eh, ma io io i cd di tale band li compro sempre". Si, ma alla fine dei giochi, invece di vendere 500.000 copie ne vendono 50.000. Il 10%. Una grossa perdita.

E' giusto che a fronte di download illegali, o streaming che non pagano niente (Spotify e simili), la gente debba almeno pagare 100 o piu' euro per un posto al concerto. Oppure, come ho sempre sostenuto, dovrebbero mettere tutti i servizi di streaming e di abbonamenti internet a prezzi esagerati, e cosi forse qualcosa cambierebbe per la musica. Tipo Spotify/Youtube/Itunes etccc 150 euro al mese cadauno, e internet 400 euro al mese.

Il Metal diventerà sempre piu' roba da ricchi, per poter vedere gli shows delle grandi bands, e anche per farlo a livello hobbystico (ma qui si apre un altro tema, di cui parlero' piu' avanti).

I know they sell a lot of merchandise, but that large chunk of revenue from record sales, they have to get it from somewhere else.

On the other hand, it is not enough for die hard fans to buy CDs or vinyls. I hear several people say "eh, but I always buy the CDs of this band". Yes, but at the end of the game, instead of selling 500,000 copies they sell 50,000. 10%. A big loss.

It's right that in the face of illegal downloads, or streaming that doesn't pay anything (Spotify and similars), people should pay at least 100 or more euros for a seat at the concert.
